Combine the healing potential of Sound Therapy and Reiki with the restorative benefits of thermotherapy at Glow. Sound Therapy and Reiki work on a vibrational and energetic level, promoting physical relaxation, calming the mind, and soothing the emotions. Combining these modalities with thermotherapy enhances the experience, allowing for deeper release and relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for the first hour. Then bathing suit and footwear (flip flops or sandals) for the thermotherpay hour. We provide one robe and one towel.

Miriam provides Sound Bath journeys with the intention for you to feel cared for and to leave the experience feeling lighter and more grounded. These unique collaborations with Glow provide you with the opportunity to experience an increased sense of well-being, with three modalities creating a holistic approach to healing. Miriam’s applied expertise includes being a Certified Sound Therapist, Reiki Teacher /Practitioner & Yoga Teacher. She provides 1:1 and group Sound Baths, along with Reiki Training Courses, encouraging her clients to compassionately embrace the present moment.
