Guided Meditation

Participate in a 1 hour guided meditation session & 1 hour of enjoying the thermotherapy room.

Come participate in a 1 hour guided meditation session that begins with a body-led practice to facilitate groundedness. This is followed by a breathing-based exercise that facilitates restoration and the ability to enjoy the present moment. Sessions are guided on a foundation of self-compassion and for people of all skill levels. Class is followed by an hour use of the thermotherapy spa.

Danielle Berube

Danielle Berube is a Registered Social Worker who is passionate about building community and facilitating opportunities for mindfulness. She has experience working with people from all backgrounds, and is able to cater sessions to the experience level of the class. Danielle prioritizes somatic techniques to engage the body in meditation and uses self-compassion as a foundation for her classes. She believes in the impact of giving ourselves opportunities to create stillness and practice presence in a very busy world.

What to Know

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to change, settle in, and allow us to honor the beginning of your journey to relaxation. A plush robe and 2 towels will be provided for your experience. 

What to Bring

Lounge chairs will be available and we recommend you bring a blanket for comfort. Refillable water bottle, swimsuit, and footwear are needed for the thermotherapy room.
