Help create an exceptional spa experience from the moment guests arrive. As a Spa Attendant, you'll welcome guests to our thermotherapy retreat, provide outstanding customer service, serve beverages and catered food, and help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our spa spaces. Working closely with the Assistant General Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable visit while contributing to a welcoming, luxury spa environment.
Responsibilities​

Welcome and greet guests entering and leaving the thermotherapy spa.

Answer questions about spa services, treatments, retail products, and promotions.

Record beverage orders, provide recommendations, and responsibly serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Process guest payments in accordance with company policies.

Prepare and serve food for catered events.

Open and close the spa retreat area following Standard Operating Procedures.
